Poznan University of Technology

We are happy to share the news of the successful completion of a research project for the Poznan University of Technology on the preventive approach in manufacturing companies in the Wielkopolska region that do not have an ISO-compliant quality management system in place. As part of our activities, we focused on companies from two selected sections of the Polish Classification of Activities (PKD).

Challenges of project implementation

Challenges

One of the main challenges during the implementation of this project was to identify and reach out to relevant companies in Greater Poland that meet the criteria of our survey. This required a detailed analysis of the PKD sections, as well as establishing contact and building trust with companies that do not have an ISO-compliant quality management system in place. Another challenge was to understand the specific operations of these enterprises in order to effectively understand and interpret the results of our survey. Despite these challenges, thanks to our experience and commitment, we were able to successfully complete the project. Thanks to our research, Poznan University of Technology will have the opportunity to better understand the preventive approach in these companies, which will allow us to develop more effective strategies to support these companies in quality management. We would like to sincerely thank Poznan University of Technology for its trust and the opportunity to carry out this important project. We are extremely pleased to have been able to contribute to this ambitious project, which aims to improve the quality management standards of manufacturing companies in Wielkopolska.
