The main challenge in this project was ensuring that the sample was representative, which required us to interview a wide range of respondents from different demographic groups. Finding the right approach to respondents and keeping them engaged during the phone interviews was key to obtaining reliable and credible results. Another challenge was analyzing the collected data and interpreting it to provide the EC1 National Science and Technology Center with useful recommendations for shaping their cultural service offerings. Despite these challenges, thanks to our experience and professionalism, we were able to successfully complete the project, providing valuable information that can contribute to the further development and improvement of the cultural services offered by EC1. We would like to thank our interviewers for their steadfast commitment and hard work during the interviews. Their dedication and professionalism were key to the success of this project.
