Multi-Platform
We measure across all major media platforms — providing a single-source view of consumer media behaviour.
Audience measurement that tells you where your consumers spend their media time — and where your ads actually reach them
Your media budget is split across TV, digital, radio, and social. But where are your consumers actually paying attention? Viewership and audience measurement research quantifies media consumption across platforms: who watches what, when, for how long, and with what level of engagement. This intelligence drives smarter media planning, more efficient ad spend, and evidence-based channel allocation.
Multi-platform measurement. We measure audience across: linear TV (programme ratings, time-slot analysis, channel performance), digital/OTT (streaming platform usage, connected TV, YouTube), radio (listenership, daypart analysis, station preferences), social media (platform usage, content engagement, influencer reach), print (readership, circulation, digital edition usage), and podcasts (listenership, genre preferences, ad exposure).
Metrics that matter. Reach (how many people were exposed), frequency (how many times), GRP/TRP (gross and target rating points), share (your channel’s portion of total viewing), time-spent (daily/weekly media consumption by platform), and cross-media overlap (how many people are reached by TV only, digital only, or both — essential for de-duplicated reach planning).
Consumer surveys + panel data. We deploy media consumption surveys on our NPB panel (N=1,000–3,000) to measure declared media behaviour, supplemented by diary panels for detailed daily tracking. For digital measurement, we integrate with analytics platforms and third-party audience data.
Media planning intelligence. Our deliverable feeds directly into media planning: which platforms reach your target segment, at what frequency, and at what cost-per-contact. We help you allocate budget based on evidence — not media salesperson presentations.
