UX Research in Poland

Usability testing and user experience research that turns confused users into satisfied customers

Beautiful Interfaces That Don’t Work

You designed a beautiful interface. Your developers built it perfectly. And users still can’t complete the checkout. UX research finds where the interface breaks — not where designers think it might break, but where real users actually get lost, frustrated, or abandon. At Fieldstat, we combine usability testing, eye tracking, user interviews, and behavioural analytics to diagnose UX problems and validate design solutions with evidence, not assumptions.

Task-Based Usability Testing

Task-based usability testing. We recruit 8–15 target users and ask them to complete realistic tasks on your website, app, or prototype: “Find a product under PLN 200 and add it to cart,” “Change your subscription plan,” “Find the return policy.” We observe and record every click, hesitation, and error. The result is a prioritised list of usability issues ranked by severity, frequency, and business impact.

Eye Tracking for Digital Experiences

Eye tracking for digital interfaces. Where does the user look first? Does the CTA get noticed? Is the navigation visible? We combine eye tracking with usability tasks to answer these questions with gaze-precision data. Heat maps show attention density. Gaze plots show scanning paths. Time-to-first-fixation reveals whether critical elements are immediately discoverable.

Quantitative UX Benchmarks

Quantitative UX metrics. For larger samples, we deploy online surveys with standardised UX scales: SUS (System Usability Scale), CSAT, task completion rate, time-on-task, and error rate. These metrics benchmark your interface against industry standards and track improvement over time.

When to Test — and How Often

When to test. Before launch (prototype testing catches problems before development costs escalate). After launch (live testing identifies real-world issues invisible in staging). During redesign (A/B testing validates that the new version actually outperforms the old). Continuously (UX tracking dashboards monitor satisfaction and task success over time).

Why Fieldstat?

Lab + Remote

We run in-lab sessions with eye tracking for maximum depth, and remote sessions for speed and geographic reach.

Business-Prioritised Findings

We rank usability issues by revenue impact — not just severity scores. Your dev team knows exactly what to fix first.

Prototype to Production

We test at every stage: paper prototypes, Figma mockups, staging environments, and live production sites.

Standardised Metrics

SUS, CSAT, task success rate, and time-on-task — benchmarked against industry standards for objective evaluation.

Benefits

  • Identify usability issues before they cost revenue

Frequently Asked Questions

How many users do I need for usability testing?

8–15 users find 85%+ of usability issues. For quantitative metrics (SUS, benchmarking), we recommend 30–50+.

How much does UX research cost in Poland?

Moderated usability tests from PLN 12,000. UX + eye tracking from PLN 20,000. Large-scale UX surveys from PLN 10,000.

Can you test prototypes (Figma, wireframes)?

Yes. We test at every fidelity level: paper sketches, Figma prototypes, staging environments, and live production sites.

Do you do remote usability testing?

Yes. Remote moderated sessions via Zoom/Teams, and unmoderated remote tests using specialised platforms. Both deliver reliable UX data.

What is a SUS score and what’s a good benchmark?

System Usability Scale (SUS) is a standardised 100-point usability measure. Scores above 68 are above average; above 80 is excellent. We benchmark your score against industry peers.

What methods are used in UX research?

Task-based usability testing (moderated and unmoderated), eye tracking, heuristic evaluation, A/B testing, card sorting, and quantitative UX benchmarking (SUS, SUPR-Q, task success rates).

How many users do I need for a usability test?

5–8 users per persona segment will uncover ~85% of usability issues. For quantitative UX benchmarks, N=30+ per segment is recommended.

Can you test mobile apps as well as websites?

Yes. We test all digital products — websites, mobile apps, SaaS platforms, kiosks, and prototypes at any fidelity level.
